Vitamin C boost: Sunny vibrant orange cashew smoothie

Starting this beautiful morning before pilates with a happy orange cashew nut smoothie, jummy!
I love eating and drinking beautiful colours, my whole body craves it. A real vitamin C boost!
 
To make this smoothie:
 
Peel and cut 3 organic oranges
1/2 handful biodynamic raisins
1/2 handful organic sunflower seeds
some cashewnuts
water
 
blend until smooth!
 
Sunny, vibrant and sweet!
