Raw food Indian Dharma soup
This is a really good raw food soup that I like to make occasionally. With fruit and dark chocolate for dessert. It's really jummy and also can be frozen for later use.
300g soaked unsalted cashew nuts
2 tomatoes
1 handful fresh coriander
3 cm ginger
3 cm garlic
¼ red chili without the seeds
2-3 soaked dades
A handful cauliflower
½ handful green peas
2- 3 small carrots
½ handful soaked raisins
½ handful soaked cranberries
½ handful soaked buckwheat
Water
Spice mix:
2-3 tablespoon curry powder
2-3 teaspoon garam masala
A hint of cumin
1, 5 table spoon olive oil
1-3 teaspoon Himalaya salt
Buy as much of the ingredients organic as you can. You can also skip some of the ingredients or choose the ones you have at home, but stick with the spice mix. Soak the nuts, veggies and berries etc. a few hours before, or overnight. Mix all the ingredients in the mixer. Mix well. Add water. Mix the spices, salt and olive oil separately, and let it soak for a while..
Pour the spice mix in the mixer with the rest of the ingredients.
Heat soup to no more than 42 degrees Celsius
Serve while warm or cold and enjoy!
