With the idea of keeping Raw simple and easy, I have made this beautiful orange sallat for lunch. It's jummy!
All you need is:
3 organic oranges
a handful soaked cashewnuts (soak for 12 hours)
a handful soaked raisins
a handful soaked sun flower seeds
Peal and cut the oranges in small pieces and sprinkle the nut mix on top!
Vibrant, sunny and simply makes you smile!
