Naturally comforting and stabilizing chocolate avocado smoothie

In colour psychology brown is a serious, down-to-earth colour signifying stability, structure and support. It encourages a strong need for security and a sense of belonging, with family and friends being of utmost importance. The colour brown relates to quality in everything - a comfortable home, the best food and drink and loyal companionship. It is a colour of physical comfort, simplicity and quality.  

Brown is friendly and approachable. It is loyal, trustworthy and dependable in a practical and realistic way. Brown is honest, genuine and sincere. It is sensual, sensitive and warm, engulfing one in a feeling of calmness and comfort. The colour brown is associated with wholesome, natural and organic produce and anything related to the great outdoors, agriculture and farming.

Brown suppresses the emotions, creating a safe haven from the stresses of the outside world within which problems can be contemplated and solved.

So in the name of calmness, honesty and comfort, I have made this delicious chocolate avocado smoothie to enjoy

All you need is a blender:

1 organic banana

½ organic avocado

½ dl coconut milk

½ dl rice milk

1 tablespoon organic cacao

1 teaspoon of coconut fat

¼ dl cold water or ice cubes


Mix it all and put in the fridge for an hour and then enjoy!
