Vibrant orange carrot smoothie

Orange - The colour of adventure and enthusiasm.

According to colour psychology the colour orange is optimistic and uplifting. Orange brings spontaneity and stimulates a positive outlook. With its enthusiasm for life, the colour orange relates to adventure and risk-taking, inspiring physical confidence, competition and independence. It is simply rejuvenating!

At the same time, orange supposedly also stimule the appetite. Which is perfect for making a smoothie or a juice in this vibrant colour. Orange supposedly aids in the assimilation of new ideas and frees the spirit of its limitations, giving us the freedom to be ourselves. At the same time it encourages self-respect and respect of others. Orange is probably the most rejected and under-used colour of our time. I think it's about time we make use of it, inside and out.

So in the name of adventure and spontaneity, I have made this beautiful nourishing smoothie, and all you need to make it is a blender:

3 organic oranges

1 medium sized carrot

1 organic lemon (keep the skin on if organic)

a hint of tumeric

 

Cut in small pieces and blend until smooth. Keep it in the fridge for an hour or so to cool.


Enjoy this beautiful splendid vitamin boost and eye candy!
